Nice to meet you,

I’m Andrew.

I am a Boston-based Brand Marketing Manager with over 10 years of experience driving growth and engagement, including 8 years dedicated to mission-driven organizations. Holding an M.A. in International Business from one of Japan’s premier universities, my approach bridges rigorous data analysis with creative strategy.

My core expertise lies in translating highly technical, scientific, and complex concepts into elegant high-converting marketing campaigns for niche and specialized audiences. By operating at the intersection of growth marketing and brand design, I help climate, science, and purpose-led organizations align their core values with measurable market impact.

Paid Media | Email | Brand Development

I built the Academy’s first marketing attribution reports to support data driven decisions, and grew the Academy’s annual email open rates by 13% and CTR by 15% via audit and optimization.

(Left) Reached 100% capacity for an international science award symposium using only 54% of the budget.

(Right) Decreased cost per acquisition by over 50% for a prestigious international science program, increasing paid media conversions by 208% and applications per day by 53%.

Brand Development | Content Creation

I co-founded asset.earth, whose goal is to communicate accessible, comprehensive, and engaging information on sustainability and climate change.

Research and write high-quality articles and videos, develop supporting visuals, and collaborate with other authors to edit and streamline content.

I developed the brand, designed the logo, and created its visual content; wrote articles, and collaborated with other authors to maximize quality of social media and website content.

Global|Audience Targeting|Advertising

I developed campaigns in 7 languages, across 60 countries, and a mix of digital and traditional marketing.

Increased online sales over 400% and achieved universal campaign growth due to innovative audience targeting strategy based on research and data analysis.

Improved CTR by over 5X for social media ads, and 2X for Google Search ads, providing diagnostic support and for marketing teams in other regions.

Crisis Comms|Social Media Management

In the fall of 2020, Azerbaijan launched a military offensive on the Armenian-held Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh). Social media was not my responsibility, but I asked to lead our social communication efforts and which required delicate messaging around core narratives during and after war.

• I led 24/7 crisis communication on social media for 60 days, with an average of 12 posts per day, per platform.

• We secured organic social growth of 10% on Facebook, 51% on Instagram, and 78% on Twitter.

Product Marketing | Public Relations

The Consumer Electronics Show was central to iOttie’s brand development strategy.

Won 3 Consumer Electronic Show (CES) Innovation Honoree Awards for products developed with heavy reliance on marketing team’s internal and external communication skills.

Secured 10,000% increase in media coverage by spearheading public relations (PR) onboarding and management for coordinated product launches at trade shows and press events.

Art Direction | Advertising

I collaborated with designers, videographers, and photographers to create appropriate aesthetics and brand positioning for our different product lines.

While attending the Consumer Electronics Show I noticed many of our Californian partners were intent on buying car mounts before leaving the event. After inquiring I learned a hands free driving bill was going into effect in two weeks. We produced this ad in that short time-span speaking to our automotive demographic.

Achieved a 3X return on ad spend in our largest market.

Project Management

Andrews + Blaine LTD was a boutique gift manufacturer producing custom suites of product for specialty and mass markets. I provided art direction for brands including Barnes & Noble, Walmart, Anthropologie, and more.

I prioritized timelines and custom development on over 100 projects (thousands of products) simultaneously, resulting in 30% YoY revenue growth.

Managed 4 designers (~20% of company’s employees).
